I was assigned this work last March. The project seemed impossible at first since the client needs the photos in less than a month.
What makes it different from any other photo sessions is that the team was as minimal as 2 persons: me and my product stylist. The sessions took place in two locations, my rented bedroom and a small storage room in the client’s office. The office was mostly empty. I only met with the graphic designer 2-3 short times during the sessions. My product stylist was only there with me on the last 2 sessions.
The minimalist team did not trouble me that much. It was the tight schedule that drained me the most, for Ramadhan month was approaching and I could not afford to miss the deadline otherwise I have to work during Ramadhan.
Only by Allah’s willing, the project was done on time. Alhamdulillah.

The workflow was simply straightforward: style, shoot, repeat. When planning the time, make sure you include the time to unbox and re-box all the products and packages. Trust me, it is fairly time consuming. Capture every detail sharply and place highlights in the right spot.
